Dr.Dilshad is an immigrant from South Asia.She was crowned Mrs. Dallas United America 2011-2012. Her mission, passion and goal as an Advocacy Speaker started at the age of 13.Transforming as an Impact Consultant, and Broadcasting Journalist she has  advocated and  driven many social issues. She is the President and Founder of “World Women Global Council” WWGC (A Global Initiative In Diversity, Leadership and Empowerment).The organization spirit for the past 18 years working with Youth Leadership ,Women & Family Empowerment is to sustain basic human rights. It has delivered  life skills content to  life saving projects improving the quality of life locally,nationally and globally.The goal has been to establish a synergy between public and private sector to strengthen communities. As the Vice President for Advocacy UN WOMEN Dallas and President for the National Diversity Women’s Council she aims  to promote Millennium Development Goals. She was recently inducted as a global thought leader by Kappa Delta Pi the highest International honor Society in Education,Excellence and Leadership. She serves on the Advisory Board for NPR and PBS. Currently as a social researcher,national speaker and  Impact consultant for Global Diversity Initiatives she delivers multi-modal content to build cultural capital internationally.  Read more about us…
